High quality Sardinian olive oil and delicious wine

Sardinia offers high quality olive oil and delicious wines which hav been made by traditional family producers for generations.

This year we offer the following olive oil:
Because of our good connections with local producers we are able to offer the olive oil, which is mostly offered in small quantities, for a very competitive price.
- Vecchia Las Tanas extra vergine (fruttato verde)
- Logu de Oro extra vergine (fruttato maturo)

What does Extra Vergine mean?

Extra Vergine is olive oil is mechanically pressed without heating or adding chemicals. It must contain less then 1% acidity and the olive oil is from a first, cold pressing.

What does Frutatto mean?

Frutatto indicates the olives are picked before they are completely ripe resulting in a slightly more bitter taste. It must contain less then 1% acidity and the olive oil is from a first, cold pressing. Also the production process cannot be influenced one way or another which guarantees that the end product is purely natural.

Sardinian wine from our Oristano region:

A locally produced high quality wine. We took a variety of Sardinian locally produced wines to Amsterdam and had a range of specialists (I.e. restaurant owners, wine importers) give their unbiased opinion about them. Their preference is the wine we present to you here: Silbanis, a 2013 DOC vermentino (white wine). Read more about this special wine in the description on the ‘what we have to offer’ section.
